After receiving a PG diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations as well as Computer Applications and Programming, Ashutosh has dedicated his career to the development, health and social sector. He has successfully led and managed several initiatives for international aid organization such as Futures Group International in Uttarakhand, through various USAID funded projects. These include projects on HIV/AIDS, National Programs like RCH/NRHM and PPP initiatives under Innovations in Family Planning Services. Ashutosh has also played an important role in the process of drafting the Health and Population Policy 2013 for the state of Uttarakhand.
Apart from the above initiatives, Ashutosh has had a rich career in devising public health strategies and extending technical support in implementing PPP strategies in coordination with the government and ground level agencies. Starting his career with a regional NGO, he went on to work with state level network organizations in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand like Volunatry Health Organizations, the Uttarakhand State Health Department and the international development agency, Futures Group International.
