Mr. Anoop Nautiyal founder and chairman Social Development for Communities Foundation was invited at the launching event of the book “Leader: Ek Nidar Beti”. The book was written by Mrs. Madhu Thapliyal and is based on the struggle and biography of her respected father comrade Mr. Kamla Ram Nautiyal. Mrs. Thapliyal wrote the book in six years.
